How do I register?

1. Open the registration form

Go to the Register page.

2.Fill in the required fields

• Email address – your unique email.

• First name – your given name.

• Last name – your family name.

• Setup password – the password must be at least 8 characters long, contain letters and numbers, and at least one special character. The progress bar helps you check the strength.

• Birth date – select day, month, and year.

3.(Optional) Choose a username (Short URL)

If left empty, the system will generate one for you. This becomes part of your public link https://tixmondo.com/<username> and cannot be changed later.

4.(Optional) Add extra details

• Title (Mr./Ms./Mrs.)

• Phone number – select your country code and enter your phone number; this adds security and lets us send the activation code by SMS if the email doesn’t arrive.

• City and Country

5. Accept the Terms & Conditions

Check the box “You are agreeing to Terms & Conditions…” (mandatory).

6. Click “Register”

If something is missing or invalid, you’ll see “Something went wrong. Please try again.” along with red hints next to the fields.

7. Activate your account

• After registration, you’ll receive an email with an activation code and an activation link.

• You can either:

• Enter the activation code, or

• Click the activation link in the email (this will take you directly to the activation page).

• If you registered via a vendor/partner, the activation link may be on the partner’s domain.

Didn’t receive the email?

• Check your Spam/Promotions folder.

• Make sure your email address was entered correctly.

• If you provided a phone number, we can resend the activation code by SMS.

• Still stuck? Contact Support and mention the email address you used to register.

After activation

• You can log in using your email and password.

• You can complete your profile later (photo, city, preferences).

Tips

• Use a strong and unique password (mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols).

•Keep your short username simple and easy to remember.
